Registration, Tuition, and Fees
Registration

Enrollment is limited to qualified students with preference to those who apply first.

Places in each week are available to professionals and non-WMU students.
These places will be filled in the order in which registration fees and completed applications are received.
Preregistration, for non-WMU students, includes completion of an application for admission to Western Michigan University, this can include either a Guest Enrollment Application (Undergraduate) or Non-Degree Status Application (Graduate). Check with your university to determine the best option.
A college transcript showing completion of a course in hydrogeology should be included with the application.
For professionals who have not taken a formal hydrogeology course, a letter from the applicant's employer verifying the applicant's competence in hydrogeology should be included with the application.

Preregistration as soon as possible is highly recommended but must be completed by June 1, 2009.

A non-refundable reservation fee of $100 per week must accompany each application, see fees for more information.
Applicants will be informed within four weeks following the date the application is received whether or not they meet requirements and are admitted to the course.
The deposit will be refunded if acceptance is not granted.
Following notification of acceptance, the deposit will be regarded as non-refundable.
Tuition
The OUT-OF-STATE PORTION of TUITION has been waived for the Year 2009
- Hydrogeological Field Course 2009 Tuition is as follows:

- $420.50* per credit hour -- Graduate
- $297.46* per credit hour -- Undergraduate
HFC Fees
- A $225 course fee is required for each week (credit hour) taken. Breakdown of the fees for each week is as follows:
